“Yadkin County Board of Commissioners after action Report for July 3, 2023”

During the July 3, 2023 Board meeting, the Yadkin County Board of Commissioners took the following action:

 Approved the purchase of a used 2007 Jeep Liberty for use by Central Permitting.

 Approved a contract with the United States Department of Agriculture-Animal Plant Health Inspection Service for beaver trapping within the county.

 Approved an amended Fire Department Contract Template for volunteer fire departments.

During her Manager’s report, Lisa Hughes requested and received approval to extend and finalize a contract with the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs, updated the Board on options for construction and renovation of EMS outposts, and on implementation of the Classification and Pay Study for County employees.
